  : The location.It was clean.Good value for the services and location.
  : Difficult way to get in as there were no staff to attend you in the place. All was electronic. We booked parking and they answered 3 days later telling there were no place for our car... so we had to pay private parking. The room was quite small, and the bed was the most uncomfortable I have been in years.

  : Online check in process was very long, non-user-friendly and , finally, a failure , and likely to be a failure for others, , because the message said "you will receive an email with your one-time door code", but the email didn't arrive until ~10 hours later.. After waiting 15 minutes I whatsapped the office, ( note: this was not an offered service from them. The instructions were to either phone a number or walk 10 minutes to their office, in a nearby hotel. I was not inclined to having to do either of those options...). They whatsapped me the necessary code within 5 minutes. The EMAIL finally arrived about 12 hours later... This is not an experience any traveller wants to go through at the end of an arduous journey. It was like an "escape room" in reverse... The shared bathroom - shower door didn't close properly, so bathroom floor wet.

  : In the very city centre. You can walk anywhere. Quiet, clean and cosy place. Nice room decoration.
  : A table/desk in the room would be quite helpful. No staff in the house.

  : The hostel is in a great location, right in the heart of Salamanca. It is very well kept and clean!
  : The walls are quite thin.

  : Excellent location. Clean rooms. Nice room. Ideal to see all the lovely town of salamanca has to offer. Superior hostel type accommodation. Staff were very helpful when I struggled to get in
