  : When me and my partner arrived the member of staff questioned multiple times if we had a booking (felt like they didnt want us there) when we finally showed booking confirmation he finally agreed to take us to our rooms, the first room didnt have a locking door then when he showed us the second room on the top floor i was amazed when he said the window was stuck open and I couldnt close it, there was a sink in the room that was dripping and wouldnt work but apparently this was okay because there was a sign piece of paper saying out of orderTo my amazement when I went back downstairs to question the quality of the rooms his response was good luck trying to get back the f**king money The shared bathroom was disgusting to the point of my partner refused to even wee in the cubicle Personally as contractors that works away 95% of our life this is the worst experience Ive ever been to

  : This is a place that knows what it is. A pub. Because of this, I cannot rate it too poorly. They don't try to deceive you. They don't pretend to offer a peaceful holiday respite. So if you end up here and can't sleep, that is your fault. This is a budget-priced place with a suitable room for those who plan on pub crawling until midnight-1am. This is not a place to have a busy day hiking or being a tourist and hoping to have a peaceful evening by 10pm. I stayed over a bank holiday weekend, and it was loud until about 1am. Earplugs are a mere formality and are not going to keep out the thrumming beats of a U2 song playing downstairs. Good for the party crowd, bad for the early-to-bed crowd.
