  : The location is amazing for staying parked and walking to tour points, the wharf, places to eat, etc. The staff was friendly and accomodating when we found out there was no AC in the room and brought a portable unit in that worked but clearly had better days. We liked that there was some level of security with locked gates and someone on duty (not sure if all night?) Having 4 pillows for each bed was good, and the pillows + beds were comfortable.
  : It wasn't very clean. The place is not well maintained. Windows need update/repair. Pillows are lumpy and need replacement. They charge a fairly high rate and should put some of that money into the little things like a shower curtain that is long enough to not end up with a soaked floor, and also has all hooks in tact. It is just clear they don't take much pride in the upkeep. Dirty light switch fixtures, crooked tv, etc. It could have been worse, but could be alot better with an improved appearance. Also, there were signs all over that they would not come in after one night, but did anyway, and made beds, but didn't leave any toilet paper which was low. To me that is one of the greatest necessities.

  : It was a great location and fairly clean and comfortable.
  : The shower did not work well, with significantly changing temperatures and a lack of hot water. One ice machine was not workjng and one microwave (with ice machine not in rooms) was too dirty to use. I had free parking and they wanted me to pay to park elsewhere until layer in thr evening. They ended up allowing me to park by the street, not behind the gates. The room was very hot and though they provided a fan, there was not a plug in a very useful place in the room.
