  : Location excellent in the heart of old San Juan. Staff great, the ambient is amazing.
  : The only complain was that the private bathroom is really small and it doesn't have a separation from the room (my partner and I had to leave the room when the other one went to do number two ...). The shared bathroom is clean, spacious and decent if you are not planning to rent a room with a private bath.

  : It was a cool space, affordable, well located and a lot of character! The bed was comfortable and the fan and AC were strong. The en-suite bathroom was convenient.
  : It was *really* dirty. My room didn't have a window, only a skylight. You've gotta climb a lot of stairs!

  : Worst experience I've had. No one was there, i saw the manager/owner twice the whole week I stayed there, no one was there. Room was dirty, uncomfortable, old, no doors. Honestly the worst.

  : Everything is simple, easy and comfortable, since the reservation process to the communications and the stay experience.It’s a very modest place that really makes you feel like a local.
  : If you are looking for a hotel this is not the place for you, the place is not perfect and that’s big part of the charm.

  : I liked the location and they had some cool stuff in the kitchen.
  : The window above our bed was just wide open so we could hear everything in the city and it felt super unsafe. The bathroom had not been cleaned and it was just disgusting. We had to padlock the door there was no lock. It wasn’t a hotel it was an apartment with multiple rooms.

  : It’s a hostal, but I booked the private bedroom/bathroom. The owner should eliminate all those great/great grandpa’s heirlooms which give a sad vibe to the all ready old building. And should keep the good art on walls and nice original paintings they have inside the rooms. It’s 2 and 3 floors to get to. No comfy furniture around, but the firm mattress, 4 pillows and a couple small ones.Mr. Oscar is nice. And the other staff also. Remember to call the owner for the entrance code before arriving. That and the cameras makes it feel a safe place.Someone helped me with my luggage. Everything feels very clean!!!!! Air conditioning perfect, NETFLIX on, smart TV,,,,office fridge and microwave in private rooms. (Rumba) You’ll find organic eggs and an expresso machine (bring your coffee) for breakfast and Chef Boy Ar Dee to kill your hunger in a rush.Washing and drying machines for a price.Complete common kitchen and 3 whole common baths. Read the extras at ad. LOCATION near everything is their asset!!!!
