  : I read the reviews and still decided to give this place a chance. WORST MISTAKE IVE made. To avoid any surprise cancellations like I read on several reviews I called in advanced and called booking to triple confirmed my stay. That didnt seem to matter because, Ulysses or the owner (wherever his name was) called us two hours after our check in time literally as we were walking towards the location to tell us they didnt have a room for us. He gave us three different excuses and was extremely rude. When talking to him in person he stopped me mid sentence and referred to my husband who doesnt speak Spanish to tell him a DIFFERENT excuse as to why our room was not available anymore. BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE.
