  : The sofa was soiled seemed something had been waisted on it, the television was very dark I'm not sure if it was the setting. The mattresses was very uncomfortable seemed worn, and pillows was uncomfortable or too small!

  : The staff was courteous and knowledgeable which made the check-in/check-out a smooth and quick process. The hotel smelled fresh and looked well kept. Our room was spacious, considering it had 2 standard beds and a pull-out sofa. It comfortably accommodated my family of six. The kitchenette came with a full size fridge and 2-burner stove, which was perfect for our needs. The breakfast time was slightly later, which was great because we tend to sleep in a little on vacations. They offered a great breakfast selection including hot food. The staff was constantly restocking items that were low before they ran out.
  : The hotel seemed to be low on towels because it was a hassle getting enough towels for our large group each night. The kitchenettes came stocked with some items, but we had to request a pot for cooking. I'm assuming past guests would walk off with their pots, so that's understandable.

  : The location was convenient, the parking seemed safe and secure. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They greeted me and were very helpful and made me feel at ease.
  : When I arrived in the room. The room smelled as if someone had smoked in it previously. The sofa had some MULTIPLE medium stains , at least four or five in the cushions. That needs to be addressed. That is just not acceptable for a guest that has paid nearly $300 for a single nights stay. I am also a Hilton Honors member. To add to the disappointing- one of the pillow cases looked as if it had not been laundered and was not clean. It literally had human hair on it and looked slept on. It was actually disgusting. So now, exhausted from my trip, I now have to arrive to a room with an old stained couch I didn’t feel comfortable sitting on AT ALL and then I had to find clean linens in the closet so I could make sure I was sleeping in clean sheets and a clean pillow case. I honestly was too exhausted at that point to even say anything. I arrived late at night and had to wake up at 6am to attend my daughter’s cheer camp and competition at Texas State University. This was my personal travel- but I work for Verizon and travel for work. This is one of the dirtiest rooms I have ever stayed in about ten years. Steam clean the couch and carpets. Wash the bedding and make sure there are clean fresh linens bed. We are not stupid. We know what first sheets look like. It was actually insulting that they think their guests are too stupid to notice. It is VERY VERY disrespectful to treat guests this way. Do your part. Have pride in the product you offer your guests. Don’t be lazy or cut corners. You owe it to your guests to provide at the BARE MINIMUM clean sheets and bedding.

  : First day, was offered egg omelet. I'm not a onion and green pepper person nor do I like omelets. This choice was not good for me.
