  : The location of this property is perfect. it is on the edge of the old town with all it has to offer without the noise.The staff were helpful before our stay.
  : The furniture and decoration was very worn out. The sheets had holes in them, the sofa was stained and the faux leather was flacking off the dining chairs. It was not the luxury accommodation you would have thought you were getting from the price tag. The staff were helpful before we stayed but didnt answer our queries about things that were broken after we arrived. You also have to pick the keys up from a vending machine 15 mins walk from the apartment.

  : Great location with a view overlooking a plaza with a little view of the ocean.
  : 1) the beds were god-awful. Thin mattresses collapsed in the middle. I ended up sleeping on the couch the 2nd night. 2) unit provides a washing machine for laundry but no laundry racks to dry your clothing. Why?3) 2 of the 3 burners on the range did not turn on 4) the microwave was a mystery and pretty sure it was in Vulcan 5) construcion on the building began at 8 am sharp each morning, literally on the bell. Would have not rented had we known 6) my wife went to close a window and the cover shade fell off the wall from above and hit her in the head 7) the bed sheets smelled of mildew 8) the television was trash. How about buying a smart television for a few hundred bucks so your guests can watch Netflix? 9) the windows in the bedroom open in to walls10) unit is on the 4th floor with an elevator that fits 1 1/2 people and you are praying it makes it up each time riding it 11) pick up keys to the unit apprx 1 1/2 kilometers away which is very frustrating after a long journey 12) if you have a car, expect to pay 30 euros a day and park 6-8 blocks away. I could go on but will not. I find it very frustrating when owners clearly suck all the profits out of a rental and put nothing back in to it that would lead to a positive experience for those who travel thousands of miles.

  : The location, right by the old town, was fantastic. The living room area was spacious and well appointed. The kitchen had all the basics that you would need. It was clean.
  : The apartment was advertised as having a sea view, at best (as can be seen in the pictures) that would be a very restricted sea view. However due to construction work going on in the building next door even the restricted view was not visible. It also meant that there was a lot of construction noise during the day. Additionally, the bathroom door does not close or lock properly (the door is too big for the frame), which was very inconvenient as a group sharing the space. This needs to be fixed. The bedrooms themselves are very small (squeezing past the bed to walk around), particularly compared to the large living area. This was okay for us for a night or two, but I wouldnt recommend it for any longer than that or if youre someone that needs more space. Also worth noting, is the lack of privacy, as the window for our bedroom opened out on to a neighbouring apartments courtyard.

  : Location near the Old Town.
  : 1. The ceramic / induction cooker did not function, hence were forced to go out for diner each night. The owner / rental organization knew this whilst renting it out to us. The also failed to do anything to repair or even visit the apartment to check or fix it. NO SUPPORT WHATSOEVER FROM BASQUE STAY! 2. The key got stuck in the door lock, now at to get it out and lock the door. Again no support. A neighbor helped us out here. 3. Worst of all. Extremely dangerous electricity central system. Copper wires hang out in the open. When you start both the washing-machine and make coffee, all electricity goes down. Trust me, the one thing you do not want to touch is the environment where the fuses are. Very dangerous, DO NOT rent this apartment. See pictures uploaded. 4. Huge Construction work next door. They start working at 07.30 in the building next door. 5. Basque Stay who rents out or owns this apartment, makes you believe with their pictures is has sea-view. THERE IS NO SEA-VIEW. It is at the back of the building, looking at the roof of a museum.

  : Absolutely terrible. The "host" is a company Basque Stay and the experience was a catologue of errors. They only reveal the hoops you have to jump through AFTER you have made the booking.

  : The location was really convenient, apartment was fairly spacious .
  : Not sure where to start with this, this apartment has so much potential but is sadly let down through lack of maintenance .-The Wi-Fi didn't work which I was told to contact the provider to fix (I'm not the account owner or the rental agency why would they help me?) ended up troubleshooting and rectifying myself.-The advertised water views were obstructed due to the construction on the apartment block next door.Which also brought noise from 7am each day.-Both doonas in the bedroom had mould on them.-Mould on the bathroom walls under towels-Dining chairs were filthy and stained -Not enough matching glassware considering apartment sleeps 4.-Window blind in lounge room doesn't open(broken)-Thick layer of dust around the microwave hasn't been cleaned in a long time.-Both bedrooms have little to no natural light-exposed cabling from tv unit would be a danger for small children I've got a lot more pictures but the app only allows 4 uploadsThis is just simple maintenance the owner really should be made aware

  : Great Location. Really close to town. Really enjoyed our stay.
  : There was no Aircon! Omg it was so hot, I would suggest to the hosts getting some fans or installing aircon. You have to collect the keys from the other side of town, which we were aware of, but still a bit annoying that you are then a 20minute walk from the property.
