  : The property is located in a nice valley with walking distance to the beach. Access to a good restaurant and chiringuito. Swimming pool at the house very handy for kids.
  : The state of the house was very poor. Considering the high price of the house it was very disappointed. We found many maintenances and safety issues: -Many rooms had non or broken lightbulbs -A broken tile next to the swimming pool making it very dangerous for the kids -Utilities in the kitchen for example knives were old and cracked -One of the showers got clogged from the first use. -Garden table with loose legs -The front gate has no lock or deadbolt -Some wall plugs were malfunctioning and gave an electrical shock to one of the persons hosted. -The metallic base for the terrace umbrella was so rusty it almost fell apart - A bench in the balcony has lost a couple of screws due to being outside and it was to break apart - Barbecue grill has been left outside for so long that one of the wooden handles has completely come apart making its use a bit dodgy and dirty. -All table tennis rackets and balls were broken The description of the house does not really match as the sixth room is actually a living room and passageway to the swimming pool not qualifying as bedroom. The communication with the owners wasn't good. It took them very long to answer the email. They were not helpful when we informed them about the issues we found upon our arrival. They also asked for a pre-deposit that they haven't given back after 5 days we left the property. The price of this property is 3 times hirer than other rental properties in the area. No free WIFI is provided.
