  : The senior female staff made me feel very uncomfortable , questioning bill payments . Trying to charge for evening meal when I was half board . Saying hadnt paid bar bill when had receipt in full . Toilet seat cracked and bath /shower taped up with black tape so you couldnt have a bath . Just shower . Very slippy bath as well . No food available until 8 pm . Arrived at 2 pm and nothing to eat . Yet they could serve birthday party with food sandwiches etc !

  : The views were amazing, the customer service was pleasant, the vibe in the hotel and the people in general very nice, and the room itself was a very nice and pleasant smell. The only thing is it's hard to catch a bus. They don't come often,
  : No supermarkets or busses around.

  : the location of this hotel is lovely. it is quite rural and beautiful place. its a small hotel we have stayed here many times. all the staff are lovely
  : we booked a deluxe room that was supposed to be bigger size as the basic rooms are quite small. but we just had a room the same size that we were told had been refurbished. certainly it had a new blind and paint but bathrooms just as small and shower over the bath the same. I was a bit upset to be charged extra for this room. also the swimming pool was being renovated however the renovations were taking longer than expected due to poor weather. I suppose we would have liked to have been told this to reduce the disappointmentbreakfast very basic indeed

  : This probably has something to do with the off-season, but it was a very unpleasant experience staying at this hotel. Let's start with the fact that the hotel has half of the rooms with a magnificent view of the mountains, and we were placed in a room overlooking the road at a time when the hotel was completely empty. Of the three light bulbs in the corridor, only one was shining - you enter the floor, a room at the end of a dark corridor, in which you still have to enter the door code by touch. The breakfast was not that primitive, I would say it could hardly be called breakfast. Rather than offer such a breakfast, it is better not to offer it at all. Besides, I didnt understand this topic at all, when in an empty hotel they tell you that you need to choose a time for breakfast: 8:30, 9:00 or 9:30, while breakfast is declared from 8 to 10 :) It was something... something new. Overall, the hotel gives the impression of a hotel in which the administration has not paid attention to detail for a long time.

  : Lack of trust when paying my bar bill, it ruined my stay at Coma Bella. I have never experienced anything like it in my years touring Europe.No Aircon
