  : Loved the design of rooms, it was super easy to check in, code and room no was received by text. Great products in the bathroom. Good with the list of recommendations hotel sent out! Racing track is just next door.

  : The mini-bar was not stocked as suggested with items such as water and coffee etc: I notified the staff so I wouldn’t get billed for a mini bar that was leftLooking rifled through and unstocked.

  : While the room(room 11) was clean the towels in the bathroom smelled musty, there were several flies and mosquitoes in the room when I arrived as well as numerous spider egg sacs along the ceiling. Also the snacks offered in the mini bar snack box were expired

  : The worst experience. I waited 2hours at the parking on a very rainny day, as I did not get instructions for check in, nobody was there, lots of calls to their phone with no answer and I left 2 messages in their voice mail. I went to a bar in front of the hotel, the waitress told me: you are the 3rd client this week that has trouble checking in. Finally they called back and sent a code for room 7. Just when I was about to enter the room a man approached, he had same room same code!!! Terrible mistake!!! I called, they gave me room 11, guess what? The other client also had room 11!! Called again and ll it was finally fixed, but I found this an incredible, amazing lack of professionallity. What if I leave my stuff and go for a walk? And the other client enterrs my room? Or while I m getting off the shower? Next day the "manager" appears. I was expecting a major apology for the mess, even an offer to compensate the waste of time and their errors, but instead she accused me of being rude on the phone.! Unbeliavable. How cheap to blame a client as a "defense" of a hotel major mistakes. I was angry, and had reasons to be (2h waiting to enter my room, 2 major fails with the codes and the other client, missed the museum because all of this...) but, never rude.

  : easy to check in and nice that it's close to the Saratoga race tracks.
  : There is no staff on site. Despite being a warm season the bar they advertise is closed and therefore many of the features they advertise aren't available.
