  : My family and I were left without a room and had to scramble to find another place to stay, even though we had paid in advance for this one. We were spending the day at Six Flags and decided we were having a great time and wanted to return to the water park the following day. I booked this room anticipating a nice evening and dinner in Saratoga Springs. After completing the booking via this app, I received a message from the motel on both the app and via text message stating that I needed to let the office know if we would be arriving after 7:00 p.m., as they do not typically staff the office after that time (this is different from what is written on their information page, but ok). It also said that I needed to do this before 2:00 p.m. in order to guarantee our room and pre-register (again?) with them on their registration management app called Hive-O. I also had to send a photo image of my driver's license. So, I'm trying to do all this while standing in line for rides and not enjoying the process at all. I can barely see my phone and am killing my battery while trying to advance in line and fumble with my ID and camera. I finally completed this annoying step. It was already after 2pm when I made the reservation. Knowing we wouldn't be leaving the amusement park before 7:00 p.m., I called the office to let them know, however there was no answer. I responded to the text message I received and through the Booking.com app that my family and I would arrive between 7:30 and 8:00 p.m. I received a text message back that simply said "default help message". Hoping this was at least an acknowledgement that my message was received, and tired of dealing with this convoluted process, I went about enjoying the rest of the day with my family. As we were leaving the park and headed to our car I attempted to call the office once more with no answer.

  : Bad wifi connection, place needs renovation, someone else’s boxer shorts folded into the bedsheets, couldn’t use the shower because it was off putting (old dirty tiles), musty room smell, dust accumulation in ac unit, room door did not lock from inside, bad value for money! $130 a night for that.
