  : It was pretty quiet.
  : Customer service was awful. It took 30 minutes for us to just check in because there were two people in front of us that wanted to be refunded for nights they weren't staying, and the manager refused. I stayed there one night and asked to be refunded for my second (because I wasn't happy with the hotel) They said I would not be getting that money back. I was scared to touch certain things like the TV to turn it off, there was a sticky substance that got on my hand I couldn't wash off. Did not have soap in the bathroom. Bad lighting in the bathroom, and the fan made this horrible noise I couldn't turn off if I wanted to have the lights on. The location is a 20 minute drive out from downtown (where everything is) and 30+ minutes to the beach. The breakfast was pretty mid, They didn't have simple things like fresh water downstairs. The hallways on the second floor lingered of weed smell.

  : The staff was great, they were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable.
  : I booked an accessible room, we were supposed to have a walk in shower with a shower seat. The listing also showed a sitting area with a couch. There was no sitting area and the shower was a tub. My husband couldn’t get into it. The walk in shower was the reason i booked the room that i did. The room was VERY dirty. There was built up dust on the fixtures, toothpaste splatter on the mirror, handprints on the headboard, the floor felt grimy. The shower head also kept falling off the hose. When the shower head did work, the pressure was terrible and it was mounted in the corner so you couldn’t barely rinse off.

  : Location was ok, very close although tucked away.
  : Very very dirty appliances, therefor did not use at all, hair in tub, ripped carpet. Needs some care.

  : The toilet wasn’t flushing properly and the soda machine didn’t have some items and some were out of place. The shuttle driver said nothing and was late for pick up

  : I didn’t ! I couldn’t breathe the smell of hot wires is all I could smell . I asked the desk clerk if she smelt it but she said no .
  : Nothing , the best thing they did was move us to their sister hotel next door for pets , it was so clean and smelled very clean . The Baymont put us in a room with a stained carpet and then told us that they were now going to have to use extra manpower to clean the carpet . I thought well you weren’t too worried about the stain that humans left !!!! They did us a big favor by moving us to the Iris Hotel .

  : I got married on June 15, 2024. But when I booked the room. I put in the wrong date by mistake. Arrived at the hotel on June 16, 2024. The supervisor, was very rude. Because I put in June 15, 2024. Instead of June 16, 2024. I lost $148.12 for no show. And no refund. Which I thought was very unprofessional. For my Honeymoon. I would at least like my $148.22 return. We didn’t even get to stay at the hotel. Had to find another place to stay!
