  : I like that the property was close to downtown.
  : I didnt like the cleanliness. Our sink was stopped up and did not drain properly. Things were coming up from the pipes including hair. I was not that impressed with the hotel itself. The pictures make it look way better than it really is.

  : No pool. BREAKFAST Was over by 9am we would have liked it later. We wanted a pool. The windows were bare need sheers. We checked in after 3p and out by 11am felt cheated not completely a whole day.

  : It was clean and the bed was comfortable. And pretty close to the airport.
  : The shade did not completely cover the window. No ice on 2nd and 3rd floor. Had to go to the first floor to find some. Refrigerator made a loud clanking sound all night. That and the train going by woke us up several times. Not enough towels. Had to ask for more. Not very close to town.

  : Please STAY AWAY from this place!This place is a total scam run very unprofessional and ignorant people. Upon arrival, I had to change the room three times because first time room wasnt clean and someone was there; second time AC wasnt working. The manager told me she would reimburse me 25% of total charges due to the inconvenience. However, I was informed by booking.com fee wasnt adjusted.I received a call within 10-minutes after checkout to inform me that I wont be reimburse for deposits either because they have found stool on my bedsheet!!!! And when I rushed into the hotel and tried to explain the situation they werent not listening and aggressively acted towards me. Also, they have mentioned they got cameras. That begs the question do they install camera at room? Shouldnt that be a violation of privacy? Anyway, I found this whole incident a set-up to keep my deposit money.I stayed in so many hotels but never ever I experienced this kind of unprofessionalism and rudeness from hotel stuff. Their business appears me a total scam.Please stay away from this place and spend your money somewhere else.

  : Staff is friendly. Location is ok.
  : Breakfast bar lacks healthy choices. Food that is offered is unhealthy, loaded with sugar and fat. Cups for cold and hot beverages are made of styrofoam!!! Super unhealthy, banned in many states. If offering breakfast make it edible, bring fruits, healthy food choices and plates/cups that are not cancerogenic. Our room was dusty, one can see many stains on furniture and carpet and the walls in the bathroom are just gross. The whole thing needs detailed cleaning, fixing and a fresh coat of paint. Hopefully this review will help you make changes and improve your services.

  : We booked this hotel as a shuttle to town was advertised, only runs on a Friday and Saturday, so cost $18 each way for an uber.TV stuck on Sci fi channel, reported to reception, but not fixed.

  : King sized bed, close to Savannah but not outrageous pricing.
  : Remotes for tvs did not work. Upon arriving we put on the tv but were dismayed that we couldn't change channels. Front desk told us to point the remote behind the television to have a better signal but that did not work either. We were given another room with the same issue and chose not to complain further as I figured out how to change channels directly via the DirecTV box behind the tv itself.
