  : Beautiful location, right in front of the lake. There's a restaurant downstairs, which unfortunately closes at 6pm. On the plus side, it is very quiet. Staff were helpful and breakfast was nice. Balcony is semi-private; it is shared with the rest of the guests (there are 4 rooms)Once it gets dark, you can see that seagulls rest on the deck. Shortly before sunrise, they...well, seagulls being seagulls. The soundproofing of the room was amazing though. When the window is closed, you hear pretty much nothing.The room itself is spacious. There is a small walk-in closet and there's a mini fridge inside.
  : The lake is as natural as one can be; full of algae, bugs, birds. It's beautiful, it's just that the balcony was covered with spider webs (which caught the bugs). The corridor got extremely hot throughout the day, as it has a glass roof and little to no ventilation. A fan in the room would have been nice. The mini fridge created a foul smell (we stored food in it) and there is no ventilation in the closet. I think if the ventilation is somehow made better, this place would be perfect.

  : The balcony was great, overlooking the lake. Nice, clean, spacious room. Excellent location with free parking.
  : The room was unbearably hot, especially in the evening. Could do with air conditioning or even just a fan in the room. I only speak a little German, so the breakfast menu was a little difficult for us to understand, maybe a few copies in other languages. Check out is too early.
