  : We cancelled the reservation for two reasons. !st. the site stated they were pet friendly and we brought our conure bird in her carryall where she stays when we travel. She is the size of a parkeet..small! The lady at the desk stated they don't accept birds. A little bird can't hurt or destroy anything, unlike a dog which can pee and or poop in the unit or chew and ruin stuff or bring flees which have to be treated. But she said its the rules and that's all there is to it. So we left and had lunch and talked about and were going to cancel for that reason, but we received a call from my wives, mothers care facility, that her mom had passed away. So we went back to your hotel and cancelled and she said she couldn't refund any money because the first day was too late to cancel and the second she had no control over because we booked with booking.com The whole experience was terrible and we are still waiting for word from booking to see if we get the second day refunded/ I am sure they rented the room for both nights so do they really get to keep double the money...that's just wrong! Makes us question using a booking company for next time.

  : Door kept sticking had to break in and out of room every time I left or wanted to leave on top of that had to keep getting my key reset every time I left the room, very inconvenient when your on the top floor and the elevator is very slow. I am a smoker so I left the room quite often. Let me not start on the breakfast and front staff. I was unable to get extra face towels because I was told they weren’t any clean, but based on the demeanor I found it hard to believe I also had to interact with this same unpleasant behavior when I needed to reset my key to the room. This hotel I do not recommend I will never stay here again.

  : Very clean, conveniently located, decent views and kind staff.
  : Shower was underwhelming but not bad. Was also a little expensive for what it was.

  : The breakfast was not as good as I had hoped. Also, our final morning, they appeared to be low and out of a lot of the bread items for toasting very early in the morning. The gentleman working did not seem to care much when asked.
