  : Many carpet stains.All furniture is wore out and dated.Bed mattresses meh.Fall and doors have a ton of chipped paint and scratches.Overhead vent in restroom not working and rusted?

  : I love Sand and Sea. View and the hosts were great. The beds were comfortable and the fireplace is awesome.
  : Everything was in working order except the drapes. They were very hard to open and shut. They are very old, ragged and need to be replace.

  : Great sea view, open plan kitchen/dining living room. Great fully fitted kitchen, lots of storage , great gas fire. Clean bedding/towels. I have already done a survey for this property outlying my views.
  : Construction on site by one side of the condo - noisy. Lots of paint peeling from furniture, doors, door frames, kitchen hood, cupboards. Frayed curtains some would not close properly and hanging off from one end. Wallpaper peeling off bathroom walls.

  : Service was great... loved the location.... close to everything and the ocean views were stunning!!
  : The interior space and furnishings showed their age and very run down... and the ventilation in the bedrooms and baths were poor.

  : We cooked our own breakfast in the kitchen.
  : There were some cracks in the ceiling that needed to be fixed. The door going into front bedroom from outside needed to be repaired. It didn't shut tight like it should have. {Look like the lock could have been forced to open it }
