  : Just Clean. We had to strip everything (found hair & food on sheets & top cover) wash/dry them plus wipe all surfaces down with disinfectant wipes.

  : Loved that it was close to the beach. Loved the beachy-chic feel and decor. Loved how old-antique the place was. It was a perfect layout, for lounging and cooking and being together. Cute decor.
  : Back door was unlocked upon arrival and we couldn't lock it or find a key, had to call and get help from Vacasa to find another lockbox and lock.

  : The house was cozy, the bed was very comfy. I loved the front porch. The bathroom was updated. I was there over thanksgiving and there was a small space heater at the back closed in porch to put in bathroom while showering so it wasnt so cold.
  : Since it was cold, it would have been nice if they turned the heat up for arrival, it was set at 55! they had lights on and it seemed inviting, just freezing! Also, I cook and the ring for the elements on stove top dont fit, so the elements do not lay flat. It was annoying and frustrating, but I still used it. The oven is also off. I never did get my baked potato done, I put it in microwave to finish.

  : Walking distance to the beach. Cozy quaint cottage. The furnace heated up the cottage on cool mornings. Sunroom was a great place to sit and read. King bed is very comfortable. Great shower. Plenty of quality towels. Kitchen worked fine to prepare meals.
  : Some Cooking pots and frypans were pitted and rusty. Many cobwebs and dust through the cottage. Only two small screened windows were available. More ventilation through screened windows is needed.
