: The location is nice and the building pool and hot tub were clean and fun to use as a family. Great to allow pets.
: The main issue was lack of communication with the management company. More than once, I emailed or texted and would not get a response. The day we arrived, I was still signing and filling out paperwork even though I had asked if everything was all set, but no response was provided until I was actually in Seattle. It made for a stressful experience. Also, the security deposit was charged onto my credit card and I had to call to ask when it would be refunded, which took a week. I have never had a rental company actually charge the amount; normally it is a signed agreement to the amount in case damage occurs. That was also very stressful to see a $1000 charge on my account that was not communicated. I had to reach out to get explanation and request a refund from Luxle. The apartment was not very clean and there were a number of issues with the rental- leaking facet with a bucket under the sink that needed to be emptied, fan in main bathroom did not work, fire alarm went off due to moisture from bathroom because there was no functional fan, and it is advertised as a three bedroom- the fine print does say two bedroom and a loft, but it would be more transparent and clear if it was simply advertised as a two bedroom. I will not rent from this property management company again.

: The property manager, Joshua, was professional and understood all of our concerns. The location and indoor pool is very nice, and it’s great that it included one parking spot.
: Poorly maintained: Shower curtains red with mildew. The bed collapsed (no screws or anything holding the slats in place) and the owner got defensive and said “the bed was not broken when you checked in.” Dishonest description (just 2 rooms, not 3). Misleading “agreements” with hidden charges that will surprise you AFTER you’ve paid for the reservation. Ex: $150 charge if you don’t check in between 4-6pm. $500 security deposit will be charged upon checkin without warning. (I have never experienced this at other rentals.)Stressful and frustrating experience. Do not recommend.
