  : The did give us a refund when we decided to leave after the issue we had.
  : The breakfast was sub par compare to the one in fort smith AR. My daughter asked for an extra blanket and didn't receive it when she had asked for it. The fact that they allow pets on all floors and don't keep any floors off limits for others allergies. The shower pressure was horrid. Not enough pressure to even bother with. My shower took 3 times longer. There was no seat in the shower. The whole mess up with the reservation in general. Even tho they fixed it it should of never happened. There weren't any recommendation books for restaurants, activities or shopping. No brochures either. The fact that I booked through a 3rd party site didn't give me access to free high speed wifi.

  : Friendly and helpful staff. Kitchen and bath well stocked and organized.
  : Hotel is in the back of a shopping area. Hard to locate from the main street. Entrance from primary streets looks like it’s for another business. A more prominent would be helpful.
