  : We always stay there but this year they changed the interior design and it became a modern looking hotel. And price is still reasonable. If they increase the price because of decoration/renovation, I could have complained but the price is ok so this is what we need. Thx.

  : Partial view of beach and Kostas the driver was the only highlight of our stay. Be was kind and always helped us when we had a question and showed us exceptional customer service. He guided us where to go around the island and recommended the best restaurants. Thank you Kostas!
  : We had a flight disruption which caused us to lose our first night accomodation and we were not compensated in any shape or form by the hotel which was extremely disappointing. There was a lack of empathy and complete ignorance toward my family throughout our stay. The customer service was non existent As we arrived we were told by the manager the Patmos Aktis was not our hotel as this was 5 star, rather we were staying at the Silver Beach he claimed to be 3 star, which we dont event think is a 1 star. We felt degraded and not important enough. The money we spent to stay at the silver beach should have been at Patmos Aktis. We have stayed at many hotels in Greece that were worth the money but Silver Beach was overpriced and not worth it. Our sleep was disrupted by drilling late at night and laying tiles at 8am in the morning. Laundry bags were left at the entry of the hotel (I have photo evidence) which made it seem like they werent expecting guests to stay. The breakfast was below average and seemed to be the leftovers from the 5 star Patmos Aktis hotel.. All of this feedback was given to the manager Manolis at the end of our stay, who till the end acted oblivious to how we were treated and still didnt offer any sort of compensation.

  : Bit confusing on arrival, thought we had booked a small family hotel and found we were in what had become an anex to larger hotel next door. No complaints but clearer explanation would have been helpful.
