  : We stayed in a second floor and we had to take the stairs during our staying because the lift was out of order all order (we were with a baby and trolley).

  : Excellent location, In a quiet street but close to everything, will return for sure Kitchen was equipped quite good, although a chopping board would be useful.
  : Bathroom could be better. Shower head deattached a couple of times.Could not figure out how hot water works in kitchen. (Even though staff was always answering my messages and questions)Hair dryer was supplied, although with a European plug, could not use.

  : The company really need to put a few bob back into the property. I deducted 3 points for 1. Needs to be freshly painted 2. Invest in a shower door 3. Camouflage the balcony view at the back, maybe some privacy screen.

  : Good location, apartment was nice
  : Terrible and unprofessional property manager. When we arrived we realised there is an issue with the apartment door lock, we could not lock the apartment door and the door had a handle from both sides so someone could just walk in. Although we contacted straight away the property manager they said that they can only solve the problem the next day regardless of our complaints. As a result we had to sleep for a night in a totally unsafe apartment where someone could just walk in. We didn't hear any proper apologies or received any compensation for this.

  : Spacious apartment in the heart of Sliema. Very good location, we have no any neighbours on the sides (just above and under), quiet street just a couple minutes to the see and a few minutes to live shopping and bars area, and the Valletta ferry as well. There are 2 balconies. The bed comfortable enough. Enough clothes hangers. It was convenient to check-in and check out. Paula was communicative and easily accessible. The driver was very kind. There is soup in the shower. Large well cooling refrigerator. Large shower head and small one as well.
  : There were lot of dust in the balconies. The floor was not clean (It was not comfortable to walk barefoot) There is no adapters for EU plugs (we were not warned to bring our own and were informed just when arrived and wrote the request. But later, when we found that hairdryer has just EU plug, we were offered to bring EU adapter. But have already bought ours). The ironing board was tattered with holes. The furniture and shower need updating. The small shower had broken handle, the towel holder didn't hold up well. It is stated that check-in is from 15:00 and check-out from 11:00. The driver took us to the apartment at about 14:00. Later on we have got the message that our check-out has to be at 8:00 (it was not a problem for us as we left earlier, but it would be confusing if our flight would be much more later). We also were informed about garbage disposal policy and the fines just when we arrived (you have to leave it every day on the street separate kind of on the different days). P.S. There could be small pan as the existing one is too large for 2 persons. There could be beach towels.
