  : The location is excellent, very close to the harbour, restaurants and bus station. The people at the reception are ok, very communicative and open to help you with any information you need. The room and bathroom were clean, the location also has an elevator and a dining area.
  : I would start by saying that the manager, or those in charge of reservations, are not customer oriented, because when I made the reservation, I asked a few questions on the booking (message to the property), to which I did not receive an answer. Then, the location does not look like the pictures on the booking, it is clear that the hotel needs a refurbishment as the furniture is very worn, therefore, when booking, pictures should not be taken into account. The rooms are very poorly soundproofed, we arrived at about 4:00 in the morning, needing more rest in the morning, but unfortunately we were woken up by the noise of other tenants. There were other young people staying in the hotel screaming, running around in the lobby and no one from the front desk or hotel staff came to their attention, even though the front desk has cameras on every floor and you could see what was going on. The rooms do not have a hairdryer and the TV only plays a few channels. Also, on the booking it says that the room can be paid for during the stay (i.e. for the whole period), at the front desk when we checking in I was told that I could pay the next day (i.e. for the whole day), and when we got back from the city around 3:00 p.m. we were unpleasantly surprised to find that our room entry cards were restricted and also under the door we found a note to go downstairs to pay, making us feel like the biggest thieves.
