  : 1. Disfunctional A/C: The A/C in our room was not working. There were constantly more than 26 degrees in our room (day & night) which made it very difficult to rest or sleep for the 3 nights. Despite mentioning it multiple times at the reception, there was no resolution. 2. Party Disturbance: On Saturday was a huge and loud party in the lobby of the hotel (???), which apparently was authorized by the hotel management. In what world does it make sense to authorize a huge local party in the lobby of a hotel with a DJ, speakers and constant loud music (>150db) until 3 am in the morning. Our "family suite is located exactly above the lobby (party room) and now imagine after a long, exhausting day with two small children (3 & 5 years) old, being exposed to this noise and disturbance all night long, hence not being able to sleep all night! What sort of hotel would allow this? 3. Parking: At the evening of the party, there was no parking available for hotel guests, because all the parking slots were taking by party guests. We had to park our car outside of the hotel premise because of this.

  : Bed was like cardboard. Very expensive, no air condition. Extremely hot. 27 degrees C. Elevator was broken. No help getting luggage upstairs.
