  : Our stay was the highlight of our 5 week tour of Europe. Perfect location, friendly staff, lovely breakfast and a beautiful building. My son is gluten free and he was provided with a beautiful breakfast each morning.
  : It would be great if breakfast started earlier.

  : Lovely place, great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Located on the beggining of the shopping street, everything is in walking distance.Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was served in a very nice garden.

  : The loction is great, it's at the end of the main shopping strip, which means that it is tucked away in a peaceful area. The hotel grounds are beautiful, very pleasant to sit in the garden. The room was very large, it had a living/dining room.
  : The guest rooms are on the 1st floor. There are residential apartments on the 2nd floor where locals live. On my first night, there was a party (yelling, screaming, singing and clapping) and the people living right above constantly moved furniture. This went on for hours, past 1am. The building structure is poor and theres no soundproofing. There was no staff to contact (they all leave at around 7-8pm). I texted them but no answer. So being stuck there with that noise and no one to contact was a nightmare. The next morning, the staff told me that this has never happened before which I found out was untrue. There are other reviews here about the noise from upstairs, especially one from May 29. I wish I had seen them before. There was no party on the 2nd night. However, until around 10:30pm, they kept moving and dragging furniture which created lots of noise in my room. Again, no staff anywhere. A few other negatives to consider: - The pool is extremely shallow and impossible to swim in. The water is ICE cold. Basically, the pool looks more like a decorative pond rather than a swimming pool. - WiFi is not very reliable - Shower smells like sewage as soon as you turn on the water. - Although the ceiling shower head worked, the hand-held shower head did not. - Cheap and minimalistic toiletries. - No bath towel, only a bathrobe. - Breakfast starts at 8:30. Not convenient when you want to start your day early.

  : Absolutely nothing. We liked leaving the property as soon as we could.
  : Staying at this hotel was absoluetly the worst decision we've ever made. The staff was extremely rude and the last day because we went a little bit over the checkout time, one of the workers started knocking on our door and screaming loudly and would not stop, to the point that we were scared she would physically attack us. The hotel was unwilling to accomodate any of our needs throughout the stay, the breakfast was recycled from the day before, we could not get a hold of anyone to get towels when we were in the pool, the beds were extremly uncomfortable, and the a/c in the room was extremely loud (all of this is evidenced in pictures and videos). Booking does not allow to post videos, but will certainly do so on Google, travel advisor and yelp.

  : Receiving text messages from staff asking what time we were arriving as the reception staff were going home. Arriving and being shown to our room - not the room I had booked so went to reception and staff had gone. Couldnt work out how to use the shower - but eventually did. Breakfast was poor - for the amount of money you pay to stay each night. Shower in bathroom was shocking you had to shimmy your way out as too tight once you open the door.

  : The hotel building and gardens were beautiful and it was such a shame we didn't even stay in the hotel. The 2 reception ladies and Vittorio were very kind and tried to be helpful to make the bad situation better for us.
  : We had 3 nights booked here for our honeymoon but spent the 1st night in a hostel down the road! We were then put in a garden room for the remaining 2 nights which was very basic and not even in the hotel building, this was NOT what I booked.. we had booked the most expensive room, which was the king room with large balcony. The whole stay was tainted and very stressful.

  : The location was decent - about a 15min walk from the station and 10min walk to the boats. The staff members - Vittorio and the housekeeper (whose name I did not catch) were lovely and as helpful as they could be in their limited manner.
  : Unfortunately, they put my friend and I in the outhouse where there was an open shower that was NOT advertised on the booking. As I was tavelling with my friend, it was very awkward sharing a room with an open shower. When we asked to move room, as this was not what we expected and could not share such a room with such a setup, the manager refused to accommodate us. Not only that, but the wifi did not reach the outhouse room. We contacted the manager on the whatsapp number provided, who told me she could not help that evening as she lived 20 minutes away and would not return to the establishment.The manager (Ilaria Martinez) very abruptly told us she could not change our rooms nor offer us a partial refund for the room. She also said the wifi worked for everyone, and it must be our phones. In her defence, she said she had an engineer come out, but this did not change the wifi status, and we have no proof of this.She offered to place a partition in the room for the shower issue, but unfortunately, this was a very small, hhalf body , see-through partition that only reached up to our navels, so it defeated the object. Ilaria promised us the wifi would also be fixed as we are UK travellers to Italy, so we're relying on wifi to access the internet.The wifi was not fixed and when we mentioned the partition was not suitable, she told us that we would not find another establishment here with the same price and that I should be grateful that she provided a vegan breakfast for me (which was a whole cake!!) and should be in awe of the lamp beads in our room. I have this all saved on whatsapp texts, and whilst I can understand there may be a disparity in the language translation, Ilaria used her own translation software online to communicate with us so was fully aware of what was being said.My friend and I travelled for a medical conference and were not expecting this type of behaviour, especially from a "manager.
