  : Simona was a lovely host. The rooms are very nice and very clean! We felt like family staying there.

  : Simona and Vittoria were so wonderful, comfortable bed and stay.
  : No big negatives. Lovely room, fit for purpose which was just to drop our stuff and go for excursions.

  : The room was very nice, overall comfortable, the balcony was the reason I booked this room it was spacious and the views of Mt.Vesuvius/ Sorrento was nice, however it was very noisy and difficult to sit outside with construction so that was disappointing. The Location was 15 min from all restaurants and shops, you can walk anywhere. Arriving to this location was tricky, we had to take a taxi to arrive but since it's pedestrian and no cars so we walked 20 min with luggage on cobblestones which was a bit of an effort.
  : A few things that were disappointing: The Room was not ready upon arrival and Sophia was not helpful or accommodating she was friendly upon check-in but that was it. She didn't tell inform us of anything beside restaurants, there was a breakfast which we didn't know about, which is located next to the room so its very loud at 8AM and in the room we can hear everybody chatting, so that woke us up on a daily basis, not ideal when your on your honeymoon...After several messages and phone calls to her I realized the communication was as best not helpful,s he sent us to a tour guides instead of helping us book excursions and she lives in the building so compared to all the places we have traveled to this was the least helpful. The Balcony comes with a negative, construction noises and loud street traffic is part of the deal, had I known that I would not have stayed here. The location is nice, but far to walk with luggage. This is not a hotel, I think its an apartment complex so it's not inviting to go up 4 floors, with no lighting, to arrive at a landing with a few rooms. This was expensive and I don't think the value was there, do your research before booking.

  : nice sized room and large bath. Clean. Distance view of Bay beautiful.
  : very hard bed. View beautiful view, once you looked past the parking lot and trash containers. A bit further from the main square than expected although it was walkable.
