  : Excellent location for our cruise embarkation and restaurants. The room is clean. The bed is okay but not great.

  : Friendly and helpful staff, central location
  : Very annoying loud noise coming from machinery at hotel or neighbouring McDonalds throughout entire night, making it impossible to sleep with open window. Yet room too small to be comfortable with 2 people sleeping in it with window closed. This was criticised by us during the first stay (19th to 21st June) and a room facing the other way was promised for the 2nd stay (25th June) but wasn't forthcoming. Such nightime noise should not be allowed at/next to a hotel but issue resolved once and for all or rooms on that side not used. Also facilities very basic, room and bed quite small and nowhere to put anything, no cupboard or even a chair!

  : The only thing that was likeable per say was the bed was fairly comfortable.
  : We were given a key to a room that was occupied as they were 'playing Russian roulette' with the rooms, this was at midnight on sat 6th. The poor couple in the hotel room must've been mortified, just as much as we were to have someone walking in to your hotel room, you are meant to feel safe and secure. This is definitely not a service where me and my partner felt either! We were then moved rooms, to where there were missing slats in the bed, we were however moved, but it certainly doesn't warrant £145 a night, and I have emailed the company myself to request a refund. Would be grateful if you as booking.com could do the same. They also didn't give you a straight answer on how to complain or request your money back, so this took asking a few different people, including customers in the other sister hotel opposite.
