  : Nice location. Close to everything we wanted to see in St Augustine. Room was clean and cozy.
  : Photo of brick path was nice but when we were there brick path was covered with dirt and mud. No closet. We traveled by car and had hanging clothes. There was nowhere to hang clothing. There was only one coffee cup.

  : Location was great. Claimed a kitchenette, but was only dishes and had to wash dishes in bathroom sink.
  : Would have liked a few coffee pods and accessories for coffee or to be notified to bring pods and accessories. Luckily McDonalds was immediately next door. Also I did not get my code for door until I called when I arrived.

  : It was nice inside.
  : A/c was controlled by renter. Miserable had to sleep with windows open. No TV unless the renter has subscriptions. Needs yard maintenance. Only stayed one night.

  : Its a cute little place within walking distance of the main attractions in St. Augustine. The bed was comfortable, there was a mini fridge to store drinks, it had a nice fenced backyard area.

Disappointing

  : indoors was clean
  : code did not work upon arrival ; phone number gave a call center not a local rep who could reset door code - delayed me further ; ? one fork in drawer ; outside bar area had cigarette buts all over the floor that was not cleaned after I reported it (forks were dropped off ) ; area did not feel safe - next to busy road McDonalds and backyard could not be secured (due to upstairs renters needing to get thru to their stairs ; and unclear access from back of shed to another parking lot ; hammock was left outdoors clear for some time rather then kept in storage shed between renters so it was dirty ; house smelled of deodorizer rather than cleaner ; second bedroom sparsely decorated ; second shower had pieces of the lining eroded in multiple areas ; would never return

  : I enjoyed having a big clean space with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a washer and dryer.
  : The home wasnt advertised as having an upstairs rental unit attached. Above the master bedroom, I could hear people upstairs walking around, all hours of the night, and playing fetch with a dog inside the unit. Pics look like a single home, and its not.

  : The AC was broken and they knew before our stay because they put in a temporary one. It was not running when we arrived - didnt cool the room down until the middle of the night. You also had to keep the window unsecured in order for the temporary AC to work.
