  : Lovely location overlooking St Georges Bay. Pools both indoors and outdoors which is great. Good sized gym. Room was a decent size (Family room with balcony). Comfortable beds. Staff were all fantastic and helpful. Especially Emilia on reception. The cleaning staff did a great job cleaning the room when it was needed. Good selection at breakfast. Lots of options. Only a few minutes walk from all the bars and restaurants in St Julians. Hop On- Hop Off Bus stops right outside the door and is a great way to see the island.
  : The whole hotel could use a refresh. Its definitely past its best days. The room did show its age. The curtains going to the balcony (Room 414) had several tears in them. Door frame cracked. Takes a few presses to get the toilet to flush, Air Conditioning is old , loud and doesnt work very well even on its strongest setting. No USB connections and the sockets to charge phones were not beside the bed which is inconvenient for Alarms etc. Also the shower wasnt holding the temperature steady and the temperature was fluctuating. While the breakfast selection is great a suggestion would be to have a gluten & dairy free section for people with allergies. My wife had to ask for gluten free cereal, GF bread and soy milk which took some time to arrive at the table every morning. Also the pool has a bridge over it which is in need of painting (rusty) and the paint is coming off the wall next to the jacuzzi. Overall the Hotel has the potential to be a true 5-Star but needs investment.

  : The Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were always approachable and prompt in their service.
  : The room's bathroom had a bad stench. We had to request a technician to come almost every day to fix it which in the end was taken care by the housekeeping staff.

  : The sunbeds were too low and difficult to get off and on . The outdoor pools were too cold.The Oasis cafe( next to pool )quality of food was poor .Limited access into the sea.

  : Very clean! Most important thing of this whole review should be that the rooms were exceptionally clean and well kept. No scratches on anything other than wear and tear and the bedding was very fresh. Location was convenient, lots of growth in the area as well. Bus stop directly outside and access to a public sand beach within 5 minute walk. Room service food was lovely, as was the Saturday buffet. All staff were lovely as well, very helpful and friendly.
  : This is a small thing but it was consistent, any time we were looking for reception, concierge, or food/drink, there was always an extended wait. Especially reception where multiple times other people were assisted before us regardless of how long we had been waiting for assistance. Rooms were a little outdated, moreso the bathroom and our room fridge was not cold. We went in the 'Winter' time but it was still nice and sunny the days we were there and the children's pool was unusable due to dirt and debris in the pool. There were multiple children staying on the property and no attempt to clean out the pool. This was slightly frustrating as the inside spa pool was not the most appropriate place to bring a toddler who was not going to uphold the expectations of a spa pool. Being that we booked the hotel for the ability to bring our litte one swimming it was unfortunate for us.
