  : The staff were nice, communicative and helpful.
  : It was ridiculously noisy. If you want to sleep between the hours of 10pm-6am do not stay here. The booking should come with a mental health warning. Waking up to mob chanting at 4am was terrifying. It was the worst property Ive ever stayed at. Something should be immediately done about soundproofing. The shower was broken which made it impossible to wash hair. The towels were small. Aircon barely worked. Only one pillow was provided. There was a kettle with no supplies for it. No toiletries were supplied. Zero out of five stars.

  : Nothing I refused to stay there for the rest of my trip and had to book into the holiday inn instead losing money on account of many issues with the Napoli Suites.
  : I was aware of the noise level from the reviews but the noise level was horrendous and it was like having a bed placed in the middle of Trafalgar Square on new years Eve. There was no reception, you had to go to the Miami suites to collect your key. The door key system was loose and you had to try many attempts to lock the door. If you dont double check this you can easily be in danger of leaving your room door unlocked allowing any other guest access to your room while you were out. Stains on the sheets and the worst of it was that the Napoli suites had a cockroach infestation problem. I found a dead cockroach on the floor. I refused to stay for other two nights. If you want to sleep in a cockroach infested room alongside pumping club music all night. Then this is the place for you. I also booked a balcony room but the balcony was unusable as it overlooked the busy street below and had two dirty chairs and a table chucked on a dirty balcony. The smell entering the building was horrendous. Even to the point there was cheap plug in air fresheners in the corridors. I didnt sleep a wink all night

  : After staying on Saturday, I didnt stay at this cockroach infested hell hole
  : Absolutely nothing, I spent extra cash on the Holiday Inn instead which has far better facilities, is clean, doesnt smell bad, clean sheets and is not cockroach infested. Im fact I should have read the google reviews as another guest complained about the same thing a week previous to my stay

  : The location is perfect, the staff are friendly and helpful, the room is nice and cozy.
  : In the rooms without a balcony there is nowhere to dry your swimsuits and beach towels.

  : The reception doesnt work 22-07. Which means if you like us has any problems outside these business hours you need to solve it yourself. We had problem with our room card so we had to book another hotel for one night which was both very expensive and created problem since our flight was the day after. The windows are not sound proof so until. 04:00 you will listen to night clubs. We booked this room because we wanted balcony but it was both to hygienic and bad location for sun.
