  : The room was clean and comfortable. All the staff was very kind and accommodating. The breakfast was decent, with savoury and sweet options, nothing too special, still tasty enough. The wi-fi was working quite well, and I could work and join remote meetings from the hotel without problems.
  : The air conditioning was pointing to the bed in the room we were staying at and automatically turns on when the balcony doors are closed, which is a bit annoying. The balcony didn't have any sun cover, so it's not usable during the day.

  : The fridge in the room was not working. The water pressure in the bathroom was very weak.The staff is cold and not very friendly - sometimes they dont even greet you when you pass by the reception.

  : The room was clean. Personnel was nice.
  : A building site was directly in front of our room, which causes noisy mornings. The air-conditioning system is also loud. It would be nice to also have an electrical socket / an adapter for E -type, Schuko or C-type plug.

  : Unfortunately, there was a technical problem and they had to move us to a different hotel from the same chain. The hotel provided was quite disappointing, having an older, noisy room next to the elevator with a view to the construction site. Would be nice to consider different approach.

  : The room is big, clean and you have everything (including for coffee making). The staff is quick and friendly. The location is great, near bus stations and the Hilton hotel (if you are attending a conference).
  : The view is not great. It's in a very busy neighbourhood, so it noisy and you are looking into residental buildings across the street - the balcony is not the best option. The room is beautiful, but the bed is uncomfortable, I expected better.

  : Location is great, there's bus stations in both direction about 2-3 minutes away and lots of buses stop there, non stop supermarket on the corner as well, plenty of restaurants and takeaways, cafes, etc. Room felt quite clean, fresh and comfortable(I am guessing the hotel is pretty new, 2-3 years), good shower, strong A/C(only issue is I don't understand why hotels often install the A/C where it blows right at your bed in the night), TV you can use for Netflix, even to project from the phone or whatever(I appreciate this), good WI-FI, comfortable enough beds. There's construction going on in the area but unless you sleep in it won't be a bother in my opinion.
