: The location, the size of the apartment, the facilities ....... Matthew picking us up @ the airport & dropping us off for our return journey @ 4.30am was an absolute bonus !
: Needs a bit of TLC maybe plus the freezer desperately needed defrosting but overall all was good.

: Spacious apartment in an excellent location.Not too far from the busy nightlife yet still quiet in the evenings:Great WiFi in all the rooms and the TV channels available was unbelievable. The apartment is just a few minutes walk to a supermarket which is very convenient. It is a bit tricky to find initially (down in a lift through a car park).Steve the owner was on hand for any problems(there wasn't any). He arranged for us to be collected from the airport, free of charge, which was very much appreciated We would definitely consider booking this apartment in the future
: The flat appeared clean and certainly smelt clean when we arrived. However we did notice dirty walls, window sills and windows and mouldy looking tile grout and blinds. . It just needs a good deep clean and a few blinds replaced and it will be fine.

: Excellent location. Quiet residential street/complex, only 10 minute walk to the busy seafront Spinola Bay &20 minutes to Paceville.The local supermarket, a 5 min walk, sells a wide variety of local and foreign foods.The apartment is well equipped. And the little balcony is a perfect place for your morning coffee/tea.
: Some of the furniture is a little tired and could do with being renewed, but still functional.
