: Great location.It is walking distance to the beach and to the bus stops which makes it very easy to commute from to explore Sydney.

: Comfortable bed, nice towels, good hot water, good dishwasher, reasonable crockery and pans, good fridge.
: Key access from locked box was very difficult being low down and dark to see the dial, being in our 70's but would be hard for a traveller of any age particularly if arrive after dark. Key acess to the building and apartment was awkward to get in and out with luggage and shopping. We did not appreciate being locked out for over an hour just after we arrived because a key was missing, but management were quite quick to respond given it was a Sunday evening.Kitchen cupboards were in a poor state, stone benchtop cracked in several places, mould on silicon, smelly dishwasher, cooktop had baked on dirt, overbench fan not working so strong food smells when we arrived, cutlery OK but cheap.Bathroom is tiny with very amateurish finish to the vanity cupboard, old fittings which should have been removed and numerous cracked tiles and grout.Bedroom was tight with an old desk that should be chucked out, average open storage which means all your clothes can be seen from the street.Lounge was quite spacious but had an uncomfortable sofa bed which sagged on one side. TV was old so no Netflix etc and remote did not work properly so have to use buttons on TV to turn on and operate volume. Carpet was old worn and grubby and appeared to have little or no underlay. Excess of cables behind TV unit and adjacent wall which had a cheap patched up bookcase.it Damaged handle to Terrace sliding door. Terrace had not been cleaned, nor windows and flyscreens. Plants full of weeds.Cleaning was superficial. We had to clean all the equipment before use.Laundry small with washer, dryer, iron etc, but washer had mould on door rubber due to standing water
