: This property wasn't cleaned properly, it was a disappointment for us. It was advertised with a patio, but we didn't get one.

: The location of this town house was excellent, it is located 1.5 blocks from the train station and not far off Paramatta Road. The apartment is newly renovated (except bathroom) and had a coffee pod machine as well. It was neat and tidy upon arrival and check in was a breeze.
: The 2nd bedroom didn't have any power points near the bed, although they offered an extension cord, I did find this inconvenient. The Bathroom did have some mold under the dryer and because the tiles on the floor are old, they are stained so they look dirtier then what they are. Also a note that the kitchen doesn't have a dishwasher.

: great location, good parking, comfortable beds
: it was very cold and all that was supplied was a small bar heater with broken legs and a smaller blow heater. it wasnt enough to warm the place and was very slow to make any difference. other amenities werent very comfortable, eg chairs was hard and cold. the hot water ran out quickly both nights

: Absolutely Nothing.
: The place was dirty, dusty, had roaches crawling on my clients foot, the electrical outlet was dangerous and not attached to the wall, the heater (winter time), a column heater, not fit for purpose and balancing on 3 wheels and fixtures in the bathroom broken. The place was so small and dirty that we went to the Ibis instead. When we complained about the issues we were fobbed off, told we would be contacted back and never heard from them again. This is without doubt, the worst experience we have ever had and we have had over 20 stays this year already.
