  : Not much. It was a abed to sleep on.
  : I made the reservation through booking,com, But when they told me I could Check-in digitally, I opened the app for Hilton and Check-in and when I put the credit card information in for what I thought was incidentals, the hotwl charged me again for the room, so now I am paying for the room through Booking and the hotel put a hold for funds to my account. Then when I checked in, they put a $100 hold in my account which they told me included a $25 resort fee, which can only be used in the restaurant or Starbucks. And then, I wake up this morning with yet another hold to my account- for the resort fee, again! They have been less than helpful and just downright rude about it. The unexpected additional rom charge ended up overdrawing my account, whichbhas left me in a pickle for gas money to get home. So, yeah, book this hotel with caution!!!

  : The breakfast was great. Amazing selection
  : The bar took a very long time to get our drinks to us, we ordered in the pool when we were down there, and we didn't receive them until we got back to the room about an hour later.

  : The staff were absolutely amazing at handling such a massive flow of customers and keeping things running smoothly. Especially during breakfast! That line was nuts, but it went so quickly, and the food was kept fully stocked the whole time! The valet crew was a great pleasure to work with despite our initial mishaps. Their positivity helped keep spirits up when we definitelyneeded it. The bar staff were also a pleasure to talk to, according to my friends, I don't drink so I just stayed upstairs and made use of the conference table as a workstation to prepare our costumes. That table was awesome to have! Yes. I'm praising a table. Costume maintenance without a dedicated workspace is a nightmare.In all honesty, if the check-in situation wasn't such a mess, this would've easily been the best hotel stay I've had in a long time. It was certainly the most impressive when I saw the staff and management bustling around tending to guests. I know if we go to Metro Con again, we'll definitely be coming back. Next time we'll be ready for the cashless thing.
  : The initial check-in process was a nightmare because the room I'd reserved months ago was given away, so I had to get a different room. I was given a price of ~$1300 after taxes and collateral but it had to be card only, which I was not aware of and my friends and I all had cash, and a card that wasnt being accepted for some odd reason... That card thing is a whole separate issue, so thats my mistake. So we had to drive 3 miles away to use a pharmacy to deposit our money onto my other card, then upon returning, the price jumped up to ~1500 after tax with no explanation.If we hadn't just driven 6+ hours across the state to come to this specific hotel as we'd been planning since last year, I would've raised hell about this inconsistent bs but I was just done dealing with it. I had to use my emergency card to cover things since I wasn't about to drive AGAIN and give this place another chance to screw us.Despite all that, was a great stay overall. And as I said in the positives, will definitely come back and be ready for the check-in bs.
