  : Nice property. Great breakfast. If you’re comparing against Holiday Inn Express’s well wow what a difference in the breakfast.
  : When I asked if the posted sign to use their public parking deck applied to guests the desk attendant couldnt answer yes or no. She could only say “it goes towards the incidentals bill”. So I said “so I have to pay it?” She said “it goes towards the incidentals bill”. I understood that to mean that if I paid the parking, it would be used to pay part of my incidentals bill. So I racked up $40 in incidentals and at the end of the stay thinking what I will pay for parking will go towards paying the incidentals. But no. I had to pay the parking AND the incidentals. You can call it a misunderstanding or whatever but this is major hotel brand. They need to be more clear

  : Staff were friendlyRelatively clean Easy location to walk to Amalie Arena along with coffee/bagels for the morning.
  : Rooms weren’t ready upon check in, offered a different room with only 1 bed. Declined and waited for the room I needed to ready only for it to stink of vomit once we received it. Was told no other option but the 1 bed room they initially offered. Wish they would’ve been more honest and transparent at the beginning.

  : I was offered a hotel room which differ from booked one. I booked via Booking room for 4 person ( 2 quin-size beds), whereas after check-in I was realised I was checked-in to 3 persons-room wit 1 quins-bed and 1 sofa. Standing infront of reception desk I was not notyfied by atendant by the change. I could have not accepted this, demanding an upgrade or 2 single rooms. Reply was sorry we are fully occupied. After a while i asked to see a manager, who finally came out from "safe room" at the back of reception and demanded for a room in line with booking reference , otherwise I moving out, as dont want to spend night on the floor. Suprise, Suprise room with 2 quinbeds was found out , which was not available 2 hours earliers. I spent 2 hours on discusion with hotel staff and manager to get what I paid for. I moved in to the rooom at 11.pm, whch spoiled my evenening plans to eat out.

  : The pool is incredible, the front desk service extremely friendly and super helpful, and generally the service was great! The fish at the hotel restaurant was awesome!
  : The drinks at the hotel bar were really not good, the mojito was extremely watery and the old fashioned overly sweet
