  : We were there for a high school graduation and family gathering.
  : The hotel is in bad need of renovations. The furniture is old, stained, chipped and worn. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. There was a used razor in a drawer. Breakfast was raw sausage and scorched eggs. The younger man at the desk was uninterested in hearing that and made no apology for it. We all experienced some sort of insect bites. I'm just glad that it didn't end up being bed bugs. I couldn't upload photos for some reason.

  : When we got to our room we smelled marijuana & there were burnt spots in the comforter! We smelled marijuana all over the hotel & we talked to the front desk & he refunded the money to Booking.com but we haven’t been refunded by booking.com! We have tried several times to call y’all & can’t get thru to ever speak to anyone!

  : There was absolutely nothing to like about the property
  : Everything the staff was rude the room had broken furniture the bed in the pull out couch had what appeared to be blood stains and other questionable fluids the ac in the room was leaking so the carpet was sloppy wet the front desk staff was rude and was trying to charge my wife for her service dog and even after the dog situation was handled the morning we checked out they still tried to charge for the service animal in my opinion this property should not be represented by booking.com they are cancerous and leaves a bad taste to the point I’m not sure I would use booking.com anymore

  : It’s not a Wyndham hotel it’s false advertisement but it is called crystal inn. It’s smelled horrible of rotten carpet smoke ran down extremely old furniture what you would expect for 40 dollars a night not what a Wyndham price and standards are air conditioning faulty and leaking had to request they emptied the bucket they had collecting water it was overflowing we left a day early bc of the conditions
