  : Everything was clean and comfortable. Didn't speak to the staff much, only when I checked in and she was nice.
  : When I first walk in the smell that hit me was not pleasant at all. This should be looked into on why the first floor has this odor. It's only on the first floor. Other than that everything was ok. Thanks

  : Lobby was clean and location was great.
  : Door was standing partially open to the room on arrival, and I felt unsafe. After my husband checked the room for people, we discovered the room had maybe been left and forgotten part way thru cleaning between bookings. The beds were partially made but looked sat on, not just made. The bathroom mirror was dirty, counters not clean, hair in the tub. Furniture had drink rings and smudges from food. The carpets needed vacuuming with trash pieces, hair, paper, all visible. Honestly, it looked like someone had just grabbed the trash and left, maybe someone had planned to return to clean it and stock the towels and toiletries and replace the trash bin liners but had forgot to return, but the lady at the front desk was adamant that the room had been cleaned and would just give me towels and toiletries. I was never asked why I thought the room hadn't been cleaned. The open door was not addressed. Staff has no problem leaving customers at the front desk for extended periods of time. Example: The room condition & missing towels and toiletries in my room on arrival. I go to the front desk. Waited 10-12 minutes for towels AFTER waiting in line and voicing my concerns about the room and having to ask for the missing items. Same experience when room access stopped working later the same evening. I was left disappointed. It's a great location and the lobby smelled and looked very clean. I realized later that the "clean" smell is from the pool chlorine after passing the pool room on my way to the elevator. It's too bad this place was lacking because the building, room and lobby size/decor, and location could be a very good choice. Unfortunately, my experience left this one on my do not return list. For reference, we stay at similar hotels about 6-8 times a year. I've only written one other bad review. We are travelers. Anywhere that has a clean room and bed, is generally good enough for us for a night or too. We wanted to rest on arrival.

  : Room had an odor. Floors were not sturdy. Only provided 1 roll of toilet paper. Not enough towels. Small fridge provided did not get cold.
