  : Location was good, it is in easy to bars and restaurants and there are shops near by, along with many money exchange places.
  : The patio door was smashed, we told the reception and his response was "its OK, it's been like that for 2 days"! Also no shower screen in bathroom, so the floor got soaked everytime you had a shower, we stayed for 3 nights, and in that time no cleaner entered our room, we did see the cleaner who asked if we wanted towels, we told her we had towels but needed more toilet roll, which she gave us, the rooms cleanliness were to a average standard.Also, there wasn't a pool as advertised, outside bar....we saw it, but no one was there, nor where there any drinks behind it, so not a working bar.

  : The location was ideal. The price for the 3 nights was fair for the accommodation we had. The hotel is quiet for a good nights sleep.
  : The first night we arrived, we were allocated a room on floor 4. Basically the dungeons of the hotel. TBH i don't think they had our reservation. We had no lights, no shower and a dark dismal room. We asked to be moved and fortunately they moved us to floor 2 the next afternoon. The room on floor 2 was clean, bright and airy. The location of the hotel is ok and the price for the stay was fair. I would stay again - if we were guaranteed a room on floor 2.

  : Not much... people who worked there were friendly.
  : Everything. We had a 'discount' from something like 220 euro to 50 euros for one night so we had high expectations. The swimming pool shown on photos didnt exist, this was located at a different hotel apparently. We booked a two room with two beds, it was only one which couldnt be separated. bathroom was extremely old and run down. They just made it seem as if we did a great deal going from 220 euros to 50 where in reality 50 euros would be a reasonably price for the night. nobody in their right mind would pay 200 euros for what we got.

  : The room was extremely basic. Booked a deluxe room and there was no safe, no tea or coffee facilities. Room did not lock properly. Raised this with reception and asked for another room and was told none were available. No spa or swimming pool as mentioned in description
