  : The equipment lacked maintenance, the desk lamp in the room was broken and there were only two main lights in the room, very faint lights. The water pressure in the shower was not adjustable, the water temperature was cold, and I saw white bugs crawling around on the walls. Breakfast stopped being served at 10am and was very sketchy. When I went downstairs for breakfast at 9:00, there were only a few slices of bread and jam and milk left, and not even a coffee buffet. The waiter didn't look like he was going to replenish the food either.

  : There is a serious problem at Classic Hotel in Tirana regarding the heating and hot water systems. After 10 days in Room 203, spanning Feb. 4-14, 2023, I am surmising that both systems need to be entirely replaced, and that retro-fitting them into the existing building structure is going to be a major undertaking---possibly requiring the hotel to be closed for several months. Most of the hotel guest rooms were empty during my stay. It would seem that all of the locals know that there is NO HEAT, and NO HOT WATER in the hotel rooms. It's only the out-of-towners that get caught unaware. If you scan back through the guest reviews from a year ago (in Booking.com), you can see clearly that this is not a new problem. In fairness, I need to acknowledge that the WiFi was working well, and so was the elevator---these had not been working well on my only previous visit November 3-8, 2022. Housekeeping has always been good. The hotel might represent an interesting investment opportunity for the right developer. The location is nice, and the building, otherwise, has a lot of nice features. Check to see whether there are bank debts and liens on the property---and you may be able to force a buy-out at an attractive price.

  : Smelled like smoke even though it said non-smoking. The toilet was non-flush while my friends room were regular flush. The shower temperature was difficult to regulate as it took awhile to either get hot or cold.

  : Stafi shume i pa kuptueshem, jo njerez profesional, rezervova 2 dhoma perdora vetem njeren sepse mi dha te vogla te dyja, dhome kend njeren, tjetren ne katin e pare te gufosur. Me mbajti leket per dy dhomat nderkoh vetem njeren perdora 2 ore jo me shume. Dhe i vura ne dijeni qe me keni dhene dhoma skandaloze por nuk ishin ndihmues fare. Ky hotel duhet te ndroj staf patjeter
