  : Huge room, loved the kitsch design of the room, enjoyed the jacuzzi a lot and the staff was very friendly & helpful
  : The curtains in the room were transparent so I woke up very early but I can live with that for one night

  : The rooms have a Love Hotel (for those who have been to Japan) vibe. There were dimmable coloured lights in my room, a painting of a nude woman on the wall and a decor that is meant to be sensual. It is pretty cool - though it probably needs an update. The view from my room was nice.
  : The rooms - specifically the showers - could be cleaned. I was told the breakfast was changed to between 9 and 11am on Jan 1st (because of the holiday) - but there was no breakfast when I went. The hot water wasn't working in my room for the first day or so - the staff had to come fix it. Also, the rooms can be quite noisy as the top floor of the building is a restaurant (where you get breakfast) but also doubles as an event venue, with events and parties potentially running well into the morning (4 or 5am or so). You may also have some difficultly communicating with staff in English depending who you get at the desk.

  : Was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool sauna and steam rooms were a good way to relax after a day walking around the city centre
  : WiFi signal wasnt the best and the breakfast buffet food wasnt to our liking. But would definitely stay here again if we come back to Tirana

  : There were some heating devices but when i ask the staff how to turn it on they said its broken , and it middle of the winter so after the jakuzzi it was so cold to stay in the room
