  : Perfect location 5 minutes walking to Skanderberg square and buses to airport, all the attractions are nearby.
  : My room / bathroom was a bit small and looked at a small courtyard , but I didnt chose a room with view.

  : The room had been redecorated and was very clean. The location was great and easy to find.
  : There was a strong smell of paint after the redecorating. The breakfast was quite poor.

  : The hotel was very clean, friendly staff, lovely breakfast and Its Central Location is perfect- you can find restaurants, markets, exchange office just near-by. When the English speaking staff is around any problems was being able to be solved very quickly. Especially one staff member called Denis is providing a pleasant and good service with an exceptionally decent approach, he should really promoted for it. The little garden facility was lovely- very good for breakfast in a hot day, and chilling other times.
  : There were two events we have experienced which need to be improved. Otherwise staff was We were a group of y people. The night after we arrived we had a long daily trip starting at 7 am. The normal stat time of breakfast was at 7:30 am. So before we went I asked whether it is possible for us to have an early breakfast or a packed breakfast- I wouldn't mind a "NO" answer however, I had no reply. When we arrived in the evening, there was a very helpful English speaking staff. I asked the same question for the next morning. After a couple of telephone calls he told us there will be something to eat for us at 10 to 7 in the morning. However next morning we met a very-very rude reception by all the staff who just started to prepare the breakfast who were unable to speak any word except Albenian. One older guy who came a little late who wsa showing his watch and repeating "booking com, breakfast 7:30' we really were dismissed with body language and ignorance and with pulled down faces very-very rudely. When we returned in the evening, English speaking staff apologised explaining that the guy they asked to come earlier to explain the situation and help was late and this caused the confusion. The second one was related for a collapsed bed. This was reported in the morning - to staff with little English. However no action was taken in the evening when we returned. The first reaction of the perfectly English speaking staff was they can report it again and it can be solved next morning. But after our friend shouted that then she has to stay there without sleep all night they found a way and changed the bed. This was an urgent situation should have been solved before.
