: A little gem of a hotel, very nicely and modernly decorated and just seconds from the main Skanderbeg Square. Very nice owners and staff. Particularly convenient location if you want to leave luggage on check out and then get the bus nearby.

: The location was excellent and the hotel room was comfy
: It was stated on our booking that breakfast could be purchased for 5 euros but when we arrived we were told that there was no breakfast facilities there was a kettle at the seating area outside our room but no tea/coffee etc. We paid for an upgrade to the room but we had no Balcony, Bathrobe, Slippers, Dining Seated Area as stated so not sure what we paid extra for. Our toilet seat was broken and the bathroom door locked so we couldn't get in to it staff tried to fix it but the best they could do was to take the lock and handle off the door completely so for the rest of our stay we were left with a door we couldn't close.
