  : Very clean, good size room and comfortable bed.Breakfast was excellent and fantastic choices including a waffle maker! Really liked the 5 credit option for skipping housekeeping!!Hotel in great location and liked the lift down to the harbour level too.
  : Coffee facilities in room, more milk could be provided.bug of mine in pretty much every hotel!

  : Nice lounge area with loads of seats. Good breakfats and nice room. Everything was clean. Breakfast catered for different dietary requirements.

  : Staff friendly, Very clean hotel. Breakfast nice and had a good choice but fried eggs needed. Good location in town as long as you don't mind hills.
  : Hotel up a steep hill, Parking was 9 a day. The bed was very hard and extremely uncomfortable to the point we only stayed one night instead of two we were so tired as we didn't sleep. We usually stay in the Hampton Hilton in Bournemouth where the beds are lovely and comfy, this hotel needs to address this as other reviews state how uncomfortable the beds are, for this reason we wouldn't stay here again.Torquay town very tired. Marina area nice but some areas also need a revamp. Wouldn't visit Torquay again although this is obviously no reflection on the hotel.
