: Well priced especially if having breakfast included. Good amount of private parking and only a short walk to the town centre.
: Quite a steep hill if walking is a problem.

: Nice size room. Towels ok
: Grubby, rundown with old furniture and bedding. No personal service, just given a key. No outside light if you return in the dark so hard to use the key machine. Two mugs and a plastic beaker - no glasses. Bathroom a joke - the weakest shower I have ever had anywhere in the world and the toilet was useless, even the cheap toilet paper didn't flush away! The worst thing was the welcome folder (which is a joke in itself) which consisted of all the charges they make.Charge if you ask for a change of towel, other charges for ridiculous things but the best one- a charge if you overfill the bin!!!I think they are forgetting we actually paid to stay at this place, but we will never stay again. There are so many lovely places we have stayed in torquay where you get a genuine welcome and friendly face. This place fails on many levels.
