  : Location is great, right in the centre of the old town and the building is quiet. When I booked the hostel I got an airport transfer included which was very welcome.
  : Tiny room, wasn't clean, luckily no bed bugs, the wifi was terrible and I had to go elsewhere to work. The room was warm, but the radiator made a lot of noise and I had to turn it off at night. Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, I'm used to basic facilities, but one toilet for the whole floor was inadequate and the place seemed uncared for. Only one socket, no points to charge your phone on the upper beds, which meant you had to climb down the steep ladder if you needed to check your phone. Also no towel included, though wasn't clear when booking. To check in, you need to go to the restaurant in the basement. The man was friendly and professional in-between running the restaurant, but that was the only physical contact I had with staff. The man in the room next door said his door didn't shut properly and he called the hostel number and no-one came to fix it. Showers had hot water, they tended to flood a bit, but wasn't a major issue. All in all wouldn't stay there on my next trip to Toru.
