  : Location was perfect right in the centre. Multi storey car park 2 minutes' walk. Loved the fact the flat overlooked a busy boulevard - it was noisy but we loved it.

  : The location was great! It's right in the center of tow, close to many restaurants and the metro station too. Overall, the space was great with plenty of light. I really liked the self check-in system. The staff was very responsive via booking.com messages. They were very nice and very professional.
  : It was a bit cold inside and the bathroom was a bit small, but that's to be expected in Europe. I don't think the heater worked well. People should be advised that there is an elevator but only from the second floor up (not from the ground floor). You need to walk up a whole flight of stairs to reach the elevator. Also, you need to pay the city tax in cash by leaving it in a plastic pouch . I had to go purchase something in a nearby store just so I could get the some change for the tax.

  : Good evening I regret to inform you that we had a very unsatisfactory stay with you last night the 25th of March. We had booked one apartment and were allocated two. This did not did not suit our circumstances as we had young children as part of our family group, this had been outlined in our booking. We were not informed of any changes made to our booking. We were not initially provided with adequate sheets and duvet covers for the extra beds that were required, additional duvets were provided these were uncovered and not clean, this was later resolved. We had to split our family group with an adult in each apartment, during the night due to the increasingly bad and overpowering odour we had to move from apartment 41 into 43. I had previously messaged to inform you of the odour (amongst others things) and I was informed by you that you were already aware of same. Under no circumstances should guests have been placed in this apartment, it was unfit for occupation. Our accommodation made what should have been a nice stay in Toulouse very unpleasant and uncomfortable. I am sending a copy of this message to [link removed] for clarification regarding the issues with our stay and the contractual obligations. THE HOTEL DID NOT RESPOND TO THIS QUERY
