  : The room was cold and very noisy all night long. Coffee machine broken and not even a bottle of water. First night no hot water we had to call the landlord. Not to mention the bathroom it was like igloo very cold. We did ask the landlord to heat the bedroom and bathroom but he did not. We changed room to an other place as we could not tolerate the banging at night. Was still the same room cold bathroom freezing. Also the landlord did not let us leave the bags after check out. Really not helpful at all. Never again and think twice before booking this room.

  : We stayed over on a Friday night. Unfortunately there was pretty loud music coming from a bar nearby until around 4am.

  : Very spacious room and great location - really close to all the amenities. The room is provided with a small fridge, coffee machine, kettle, and a few cups, a small TV and sofa, chairs, air dryer for towels, and hair dryer. Owner/staff was very friendly, helpful and easy to reach out.
  : The floor was very squeaky and the first night we arrived could barely rest due to the loud music coming from the club downstairs (open only for a few nights per week apparently). We would have appreciated if some coffee capsules or tea bags could have been provided. There is no kitchenette, so we had to bring the cups over to the bathroom sink to clean them. Not sure why, but our card could not be charged online despite funds being available and there was no possibility to pay by card. Instead, we had to withdraw and pay in cash. As this comes with a shared bathroom shower gel/shampoo was also not provided.

  : Big room. I was given a late check-out.
  : Manager was a bit stern and there was no wiggle room on check-in. I also found the electric lock super loud. The hallway was pitch black when coming in and out at night. The floors in my room creaked really bad. I have a hard time sleeping and I felt like I was keeping everyone up. Would have loved a fan in the room just for the background noise.

  : We loved our Palazzo-style rooms (yes, plural) with their high ceilings, antique furniture and amazing wooden floors. Agli Incant was a great base to explore Trieste - a big bonus was that the ferry drop off for the Defino Verde is just a few minutes' walk away!
