  : Excellent location. The towels were good.
  : Absolutely no love shown at this accommodation. Difficult to locate, do NOT rely on google maps. Once on the second floor the entry to the apartments was dark and gloomy and seemed to be a storeroom for towels and linen. Whenever we exited we groped in the dark to locate a light switch. We had the larger apartment with a kitchenette and extra single bed. There was only one tiny teaspoon in with the cutlery and no corkscrew - when enquired we were told they didnt have one. We only had a half small roll of toilet paper for our 2 night stay. The shower head was broken and did not stay up on the rail - we ended up securing it with a towel. The sheets were incorrect size for the bed and crept up to expose the bare mattress. There was no plug for kitchen sink so impossible to wash dishes properly. The lampshade was broken and tilted at an angle. The fridge had a problem and constantly was wet on the bottom shelf. We could easily hear other guests speaking or the TV playing in their rooms. We were very disappointed with accomodation and lack of interest from staff.

  : The communications from the property were very poor. Because we were misled initially about where check in would take place and so many responses to our questions were in Italian which we dont understand the misunderstandings we had were never cleared up. It turns out the ownership changed after wed made the booking, but no e plained that or the change of check in arrangements. As a result check in was extremely traumatic on a very hot and humid day in Trieste.

  : Great location close to trains and cruise ports. Staff friendly and will to help in any wY they could.
  : Confusing to check in at one place, then staying at another location. Hard to get a hold of someone initially. Air conditioner not the best and was not working in one room S I rented two rooms. Refrigerator is small and doesnt cool to well.

  : We couldn't get into the room until 3 pm !!Off-site management refused to let us have access. We were told to sit in Cafe across the road with luggage for 3 and half hours !! This completely ruined our day as no on-site management!!Then codes to get access in front door, the codes to get into our floor the access key to room Room dated and no view.No, safe !!We had to be out of the room by 10 am !! We refused!! In at 3pm and out at 10 amUnfortunately, when we left, my partner left her phone in the room. When we called management to get access back into the room as we had to be on the ship at midday, there was no answer!! too, 20 calls. We were so lucky that the cleaner arrived at 12 noon.Having no management on-site is a real problem that we will avoid at all costs in the future .
