  : Nothing! It wasn't clean the tub was peeling and it had broken glass though out the carpet. The pool was not sanitized every day.

  : There was roaches, and bedbugs, this place is a MESS. Do not stay here, I left before I even got checked in after seeing the room. 0/10 should not be running.

  : Leaking toilet, 3 outlets didn’t work, 2 lamps broken, no cord was attached to the phone or even in the room…I attempted for over a hour to speak with the front desk face to face and over the phone (had to call from my cell since there was no phone in my room), and nothing was ever addressed or resolved. There were 12+ people at the front desk also making various complaints as well. It was horrendous and my children and I ended up leaving.

  : Immediately arriving at the hotel it smelled horrible. The receptionist gave me my ID and my reservation number. I gave him both things and he out of his own pants canceled my reservation that I had for 5 double rooms. He said he had not canceled the reservation, but immediately after he asked me for the reservation I received an email saying that my booking was successfully canceled. The receptionist denied having canceled our reservation. I left the place very upset and minutes later he called me to ask if I still wanted to return, that he had 5 rooms available for me and my group. Is seriously!! I will never return to this place again. Apart from the lack of professionalism, I imagine that the rooms were just as smelly as the reception.
