  : All staff members (front desk, housekeeping, grounds keepers/facilities, restaurant) were exceptional. Friendly, helpful, and courteous. Rooms were overly spacious.
  : Photos online were deceiving. I've never stayed at a Hilton that was this bad in appearance! Dated from the 1970's or 80's. Carpets, paint, window treatments, light fixtures (and lighting in general) were all horrible. The bed was ok... not great and definitely not the quality of Hilton that I am used to! The AC unit was loud. Windows are not double/triple-paned or tinted causing the bedroom to become at least 10-15 degrees hotter from 5 AM to 1 PM. Low ceilings that had water stains. Carpet with stains. Shower was cracked by the grab bar, rust-stained and the drain didn't work properly. The toilet was low and stained in the bowl -- not to mention the shower/toilet room was ridiculously small (barely enough room for one person) considering the bedroom and living room/desk area were HUGE!! The noise from the parking area (where the bedroom is located) was loud (woke me up at 6 AM!) plus the road noise was also a nuisance. The only reason we could not hear the pool "party" noise was because the AC was loud (and due to the AZ heat, it would only shut down for 5-10 minutes at a time). The mini fridge was broken - meaning it didn't shut correctly and parts of the fridge inside were missing. This hotel reminded us of a spring break hotel from the 80's out of Daytona Beach!! Used and abused but a cash cow for the company who owns it since it seemed to be almost full capacity when we arrived on a Saturday... less full Tues to Thurs and then filled up again by Thursday night. If we had not been sick with terrible head colds, and tired from driving when we arrived, we would have left this hotel after one night and booked the Omni. Biggest disappointment that I've reserved in booking.com since I started using this site and the worst example of a Hilton property I've seen in 20 yrs!!

  : The beds were very uncomfortable. Homeless walking through the parking lot. Also seemed to be a few people using drugs right next to the parking lot then walking through the parking lot.

  : 1st room had a broken light fixture that was SUPPOSED to be replaced but never was, the next day was out most of the day to return to the room leaking from the rain..had to relocate and the AC wasn't working well like the last room, went to pool to cool off and these annoying ass kids wouldn't leave us alone and the incompetent parent was doing her own thing but not hotels issue. Told staff about all the issues when checking out and they did nothing bc it was booked thru Booking.com..will NOT be returning and not going thru Booking.com again

  : Laid back cozy hotel that lets you truly enjoy all that Tucson has to offer. The place has a cheery holiday atmosphere, staff was extremely friendly and willing to get me quarters for the laundry, and the facilities are ideal for a holiday traveler: a laundry room on every floor, a pool bar open late into the night, a wonderful breakfast, and most importantly for Tucson: shady common areas and air conditioning.
